Key information about our work culture and how we hire:

• Degrees / certifications not required, we care more about proof of experience, e.g. open source contributions on Github or past work experience
• No location requirements, our company is fully remote
• No set work hours or set number of vacation days, we all operate on flexitime
• We don't expect you to have experience in all of the technologies we use, it's more important that you're willing to learn

The only actual requirements for us to consider you:

• Must be willing to accept payment in cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, STEEM, or EOS)
• Must have good experience in at least one programming language
• Must be willing to learn new technical skills

Main skills we're looking for:

• Python development (we use modern python versions, some of our projects are even built for Python 3.7+)
  • Experience with the Django framework
  • Experience with Flask
• Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS) - design skills not required (but may help)

Bonus skills:

• Experience with handling cryptocurrency payments (natively, not via third party processors)
• NodeJS experience is a bonus, but not important
• Experience with Linux system administration and bash scripting
• Experience with server virtualisation technologies or bare metal provisioning
• Experience with computer networking (Primarily Cisco switches and routers running Cisco IOS and Cisco NX-OS)
